Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Policy A £29.99 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total payment. Full payment is due on the day of the session or upon delivery of photos/videos. VAT is included. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside Hull. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 48 hours or more notice: You will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit). Less than 48 hours notice: The deposit is non-refundable. A £50 fee applies for rescheduling. No-show: The deposit is forfeited, and full payment is required to reschedule. 3. Travel & Location Fees Travel within Hull: No additional charge. Travel outside Hull: Additional travel fees will apply based on distance. 4. Delivery of Photos & Videos Photos are delivered within 7 to 15 days, and videos within 10 days. Rush orders are available for an additional £50 fee. All photos and videos are delivered via an online gallery in HD format. 5. Editing & Retouching Policy Basic editing is included (colour correction, exposure adjustments, etc.). Advanced retouching (e.g., skin smoothing) is available for an additional £30 per image or £100 per video hour. 6. Usage & Copyright Yanni Kichou Consulting retains copyright of all images and videos. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal and business use. Commercial use requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. 7. Liability & Responsibility Yanni Kichou Consulting is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the session. Clients are responsible for ensuring the location is safe. 8. Privacy & Data Protection Personal data is used solely for session-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise. 9. Customer Satisfaction & Complaints If you're not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days for adjustments. Complaints will be addressed within 5 working days.
